Terms and Conditions
All
property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE
FINAL. Property is open to public inspection. It
is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine
condition, age, genuineness, value or any other
determinative factor. Bay Area Auction Services
may attempt to describe the merchandise in
advertising, on the Internet and at the auction
but makes no representations. In no event shall
Bay Area Auction Services be held responsible
for having made or implied any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of
value.
Bidders who bid from off site and
are not present at the live auction or preview
understand and acknowledge that they may not be
able to inspect an item as well as if they
examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s
responsibility to determine condition, age,
genuineness, value or any other determinative
factor. Bay Area Auction Services shall endeavor
to describe in detail each item and any
pertinent information about it. Bay Area Auction
Services will not be responsible for any errors
or omissions in the description of the
merchandise unless it is a material and
intentional misrepresentation of the item
itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as
is and that they may not return any item they
purchase.
Please call before the auction if you have
any questions about an item.
There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to the total for all Internet Bidding.
All accounts will
be settled the day of the auction. Your credit
cards will be
charged
for your purchases, buyer's premium, and any
taxes if applicable.
You must have a tax
certificate on file to be exempt.
Shipping costs are the buyers' responsibility. A local shipper will pack, ship your items and will bill you independently. You may also pick up your items during our regular business hours Mon. - Fri. 8am - 4pm. Note: Onsite auctions and large equipment require special pickup times. Please make arrangements or call to see when times are set for this.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns nor allow charge backs. Florida laws prevail over this.
Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over all others.
Buyers of Vehicles or Boats are required to pay 15% Cash Check or Charge day of auction. Balance due on following workday in certified funds. If wire transfer is desired please call or email for info.
