Lot numbers for the vehicles sometimes change prior to the auction due to moving and placement on the grounds. This may make the internet lots seem out of order so please keep an eye on your screen from 12:00 noon if you are going to live bid on the vehicles or equipment outside.

PLEASE NOTE: This will be a special online only auction for firearms. All firearms tranactions will be processed through an FFL dealer.
No firearms can be picked up at the auction house.

All of the firearms are offered without any warranty. They are assets of bankruptcies and ordered sold as is by the court trustees.

This auction has an auto extend feature of 2 minutes. If a new high bid comes in the last few seconds the time will extend 2 more minutes for that lot.
You will need to refresh your screen to see a any new bid.

A 15% non-refundable deposit is required day of sale on all successful bids, with certified funds within 3 business days on the remaining balance. Upon completion of the sale, the successful buyer will be issued a “Trustee’s Deed” with the exceptions noted above. It is the buyer’s responsibility for all legal filings and recordings.
